Database Administrator

Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Database Administrator to effectively manage and support our current database systems, including Oracle and Microsoft SQL, alongside their operating systems and monitoring tools. The role involves ensuring reliable ICT services, performing backups and restoration procedures, and extending support to any new database platforms introduced by the bank in the future.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a closely related field.

Experience Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in technology roles.
• 3-4 years of involvement in application support, database administration, and batch operations.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining proprietary and third-party technology applications, including analyzing functional requirements and translating them into application prototypes.
• Competence in writing and maintaining code, specifying output and user interfaces, testing, and maintaining programming documentation.
• Monitoring of compliance with change and run Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
