About the role
The Data Science team at Danone Nutricia Research in Singapore works with Digital Health and other internal groups to build machine learning models that make real-world data capture easier. The team supports AI features used in products such as the growth and stool detection tools in the My Unique Moments (MUM) app, and continuously looks for ways to make these models better.
What you will do
- Review recent research and approaches in AI and computer vision.
- Design model-improvement methods tailored to each use case.
- Suggest, test, and implement enhancements for production AI models.
- Define evaluation criteria to measure model performance and usability.
- Plan timelines for completing assigned work.
- Share findings and outcomes with stakeholders across Danone.

- Other global teams, depending on the algorithm in scope
What you should bring
- You are currently enrolled in a university program in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- You have solid Python programming ability.
- You have some prior exposure to deep learning.
- Experience with TensorFlow Functional API will be considered a plus.
- You can explain AI and machine learning results in a way that non-technical business users can understand.
