Key Responsibilities
- Precisely input and update data related to property listings, client details, contracts, and other real estate documents.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness prior to entering information into company systems.
- Organize and maintain digital records and documentation efficiently.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in records.
- Support the processing of real estate transactions by managing required documentation properly.
- Produce reports and update spreadsheets as requested by management.
- Work collaboratively with agents, administrative personnel, and other departments to maintain timely and accurate data handling.
- Preserve confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Undertake additional administrative and data management tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or its equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- High typing speed combined with meticulous accuracy.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Effective prioritization and time management to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in data entry, administrative roles, or office management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus.
- Experience within the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $51,000 to $61,000 annually.
