Role Overview

We are collaborating with a partner organization to recruit a Data Entry Assistant dedicated to maintaining precise data management and well-organized records within internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and update data into internal databases and tools consistently and accurately.
  • Verify data to ensure correctness and completeness.
  • Amend records and resolve discrepancies when detected.
  • Manage and organize digital files and documents methodically.
  • Assist with routine data verification processes and respond to internal data requests.
  • Adhere to prescribed procedures and maintain data quality standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Familiarity and comfort with spreadsheets and digital data tools.
  • Basic computer literacy with administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and accomplish tasks within set deadlines.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating in a remote team environment.
