Data & Analytics and Master Data Specialist

This position, available in Singapore or Pune, India, focuses on ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of master data across various commercial platforms, complying with international and local data protection laws including GDPR. The specialist will collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, IT, and Compliance to maintain robust master data management and align with global governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of master data across multiple systems.
• Design and implement data management policies aligned with data protection regulations and business demands.
• Drive process improvements in data management, including consent collection and system integration enhancements.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to support business decisions.
• Support MDM system implementations through testing, training, and preparation for data migrations.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent and reliable master data availability.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives and support ongoing programs innovating the data management area.
• Develop control mechanisms to maintain data quality throughout all related channels.
• Assist in managing customer content, business glossaries, data lineage, and integration activities.
• Ensure data asset management and issue resolution processes meet organizational needs for clean data.
• Apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily work interactions.

• Required language proficiency: English.
• Travel requirement: Up to 10% travel.
