Sales Enablement Function
Within the US Wealth team, Sales Enablement creates strategies, tools, and processes to boost sales effectiveness and productivity. They collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and client service teams to align efforts with company priorities and manage client data infrastructure to optimize the use of client insights.
Role Summary
- Support the Sales Enablement team by analyzing data accuracy and cleanliness, providing observations and enhancement recommendations.
- Extract insights from external data sources about potential client opportunities.
- Assist in client engagement targeting by generating reports, summarizing data into actionable insights, and educating users as necessary.
- Translate data into narratives linking to client activities to aid user understanding.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Finance, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with curiosity and analytical thought.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the US Wealth intermediated (Advisor) market and client-facing environments is advantageous.
- Understanding of sales and marketing support functions is preferred.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and other analytics platforms is valued.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting base salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, varying by individual factors such as location, title, knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation may include bonuses, stock units, and discretionary awards. A comprehensive benefits scheme includes medical, financial, retirement plans, and various paid leave options. Employment in the U.S. is at-will, permitting salary adjustments based on performance and market factors.
