The team focuses on continuously improving how hiring and people data are analyzed, building custom tools that surface insights, and creating a fast feedback loop for internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Use a product-focused mindset when working with data and reporting, making information easy to find through clear documentation and dependable through thorough testing.
  • Develop, enhance, and support data models that improve data quality, consistency, and ease of analysis.
  • Work with datasets and filters that may appear unrelated at first, analyze the information, and present meaningful conclusions.
  • Explain analytical findings clearly to audiences without technical backgrounds, especially those unfamiliar with the domain.
  • Identify recurring patterns and expose gaps in upstream systems, then work with the appropriate owners to drive corrective action.
  • Support reliable integration with downstream systems and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Background working with Recruiting or People teams, or strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Experience with relational databases.
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with other common query languages.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a problem-solving approach rooted in first principles.
