This opportunity is with Jobright, an AI-powered job search assistant designed to make the job hunt faster and more guided. The role is for an entry-level Data Analyst who will help turn data into actionable insights that support AI agent analysis, product decisions, and client needs.

What you’ll do

• Embed into client and internal workflows so data-backed insights become part of AI agent analysis and decision-making.
• Create tailored, timely reports and visualizations that translate findings for internal product teams and external clients.
• Respond quickly to data-related requests while presenting complex results clearly, consistently, and professionally.
• Collaborate with a manager and teammates to improve data models and enhance agent performance.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a foundation in data analysis or a similar technical area. The ideal candidate can communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and has a strong grasp of statistics, analytical methods, and the logic behind AI and machine learning.

Required qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain trends and insights to varied audiences.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis techniques, and basic AI/ML reasoning.
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work there.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team gatherings if needed.

Preferred background

• Prior internship, project, or work experience in a data analyst, support, or research role in a tech or AI setting.
• Experience turning complex datasets into practical, easy-to-understand insights.
• Working knowledge of Python or R, SQL, and data modeling/database management.
