Role Summary

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will turn data into practical business insight, support decision-making at senior leadership level, and help improve how quickly the business identifies opportunities and responds operationally. The role also involves acting as a key representative for the Business Intelligence function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use advanced analytics tools to collect, manage, and interpret information from multiple business areas.
  • Work as an analytical partner on projects, shape solutions, and communicate conclusions to executive leadership.
  • Create forecasts and data-backed assumptions about company and market trends using broad access to internal information.
  • Design process improvements and predictive models that shorten the time between spotting an opportunity and acting on it.
  • Represent the Business Intelligence team as a subject-matter expert and internal advocate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, or a related field; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in tech, healthcare, or retail.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with a focus on actionable insight.
  • Solid project management skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, with VBA, SQL, R, or similar coding tools preferred.
