Role Snapshot
This 12-month contract is a chance to build the next generation of analytics and reporting for an organisation focused on investment. The position is based in Melbourne’s CBD and offers a mix of work-from-home and office-based days.

Role Overview
This is a hands-on analytics position centred on converting complex information into clear, practical insights that support the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Carry out analysis from start to finish and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
- Design KPI structures and establish consistent reporting standards.
- Present data in a way that tells a clear and persuasive business story.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support insight-driven decisions.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive background in analytics or business intelligence, with strong commercial understanding and the ability to convert insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Solid experience across analytics and BI delivery.
- Prior experience in investment or financial services is required.
- Experience contributing to large data transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to modern data platforms, including cloud-based environments, advanced analytical methods, and scalable reporting solutions.
- Strong capability in data storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Experience designing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
