About the Role
We are seeking a Data & AI Specialist passionate about converting raw data into actionable insights, empowering organizations to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and integrate AI technologies confidently. This role involves collaborating with various clients to provide Data and AI as a Service, combining strong technical skills with business insight.

Role Responsibilities
- Analyze and transform disparate client datasets into clean, AI-ready, reusable data assets.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes.
- Engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design practical solutions.
- Implement data pipelines connecting multiple data sources within various client environments.
- Deliver hands-on, client-facing services aimed at achieving measurable business improvements.
- Maintain repeatable frameworks that can be efficiently adapted across diverse clients.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates are naturally curious problem solvers with robust technical foundations in data manipulation and analytics, who communicate effectively across stakeholders and embrace continual learning in emerging AI technologies.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience handling data through formal education, internships, projects, or professional work.
- Skills in cleaning, transforming, and structuring data for analytical use cases.
- Proficient with AI tools and internal datasets to address business challenges.
- Solid understanding of SQL, database structures, data lakes, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes, business intelligence platforms, and AI data solutions.
- Familiarity working in Agile development environments.
Technical Skills
- Data analysis and report generation.
- Data integration and pipeline development.
- Bachelor proficiency with Power BI or comparable BI tools.
- Strong SQL knowledge and data modeling expertise.
- Hands-on use of AI agent technologies and AI enablement platforms.
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degrees or certifications in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Power BI certification or similar credentials.
- Business analysis qualifications.
- Project management and change management certifications are advantageous.
