The farm
Bounty Dairy Unit covers 629 hectares, winters 1,600 cows, and milks 1,500 cows at peak through a 60-bail rotary shed. The farm roster follows 6-2 from July to January and 4-2 from February to June. The property is also only a 10-minute drive from Taupo.

Your main focus will be hands-on dairy work, including milking, managing mastitis, maintaining plant hygiene, fencing, cropping tasks, and stock work.
About you
We are looking for someone with a positive outlook who is keen to learn, develop, and build a career in dairy farming. Ideally, you will already have at least one season of dairy farming experience and bring a strong commitment to health and safety and animal welfare. Good teamwork, clear communication, a restricted or full New Zealand driver licence, and reliable transport are also important.
Benefits
Package highlights include a competitive salary, health insurance, life insurance, ongoing training, and personal development support. A two-bedroom duplex accommodation option is available.
Application and conditions

The role requires attendance at an in-person interview, and applicants must have unrestricted legal rights to work in New Zealand.
