Role overview
This position is focused on steering digital commerce growth in the KSA market. The role partners closely with customers and internal teams to shape and deliver a growth plan that benefits both the company and its customers while strengthening online sales performance.
What you will do
- Build and roll out the digital commerce plan for KSA so it supports broader business objectives.
- Spot, assess, and prioritize new digital commerce opportunities such as platforms, partnerships, and technology solutions.
- Study the market and competitors to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Oversee online sales channels including marketplaces, retailer websites, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
- Create and run promotional initiatives that lift sales and grow market share.
- Track sales results, identify underperformance, and take corrective action where needed.
- Improve the end-to-end online customer journey to raise conversion and satisfaction.
- Manage product content, listings, and visual presentation to maintain a strong online storefront.
- Collect customer feedback and use it to refine the digital shopping experience.
- Work with supply chain and logistics teams to support smooth fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain relationships with digital commerce partners such as marketplaces and technology vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels online to reduce stock shortages and overstock situations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on digital campaigns that drive traffic to online channels.
- Own the digital commerce budget and measure return on marketing spend.
- Use analytics to improve campaign performance and overall business outcomes.
- Prepare recurring performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, and customer metrics.
- Interpret data to identify opportunities and present recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital commerce, digital marketing, or a similar area.
- Strong knowledge of the digital commerce environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Hands-on experience managing online sales channels, including marketplaces and retailer-owned websites.
- A demonstrated history of improving sales and meeting revenue goals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Not eligible for relocation support.
