Overview
Join our global customer support team as a bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Hindi and English, based in India. You will manage a wide range of customer communications including calls, emails, and live chats, focusing on resolving inquiries, processing return requests, and ensuring that customer data is maintained accurately within the CRM system.
Primary Duties
- Manage multiple live chat interactions concurrently with customers.
- Provide prompt, precise, and professional responses to customer questions.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout all customer engagements to uphold excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Diligently document customer communications and update records in the CRM platform.
- Track unresolved customer cases and ensure their satisfactory resolution.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and interdepartmental teams to offer consistent and high-quality customer support.
- Surpass customer expectations by delivering accurate information and superior service experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient spoken and written command of both Hindi and English.
- Strong proficiency with digital tools and online platforms.
- Excellent skills in data input and written communication.
- Familiarity with Google applications such as Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Knowledge of or eagerness to learn about E-hailing services, travel, courier solutions, and related product offerings.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Quick and precise typing capabilities.
- Experience in working with customer support CRM systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Zoho.
