Job description

Overview

The Ash Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join a leading technology company's subscription services team on a 12-month contract basis. This remote position, open exclusively to US citizens or Green Card holders residing in the United States, offers up to $22.50 per hour with W2 employment status and benefits including medical, dental, vision, direct primary care, and a 4% matched 401(k) plan after six months.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform daily activations of licenses, cellular services, and entitlements for subscribed devices.
  • Ensure verification and accuracy of licensing and entitlements for subscription devices.
  • Manage tier-2 inbound technical support inquiries related to licensing and activations.
  • Initiate internal requests for support regarding serialized device ownership issues.
  • Coordinate closely with Subscription Specialists to stay informed on evolving service requests and roles.
  • Partner with internal operations teams to meet the requirements of subscription customers.
  • Collaborate with business analytics groups to prioritize key support initiatives.
  • Engage with global teams to address and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Between zero and one year of experience providing technical support focused on licensing and operational functions.
  • Minimum educational attainment: High school diploma or equivalent credential.
  • Eligibility restricted to US citizens or Green Card holders; third-party contractors and C2C applications will not be considered.
