About the Role
Customer experience is central to Mangomint’s work, and this position plays an important part in providing fast, accurate, and empathetic support. In this role, you will help customers by resolving questions and issues, maintaining a high service standard, and making a direct difference in their day-to-day experience. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions and troubleshoot issues, mainly via chat and also by phone when needed.
- Build deep knowledge of the product and the salon/spa space so you can deliver informed, expert guidance.
- Partner with internal teams to investigate and solve technical problems raised by customers.
- Record recurring customer concerns and the solutions that address them.
- Offer tailored fixes and proactive follow-ups to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work the schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in Pacific Time or Mountain Time.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software support.
- Very fast learning ability and a self-starting, problem-solving mindset, while still being comfortable asking questions.
- Capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively with teammates.
- Comfort handling complex situations and staying effective under pressure.
- Strong interest in working with people from different backgrounds and treating others with respect and kindness.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Background in salons, spas, or the broader beauty and wellness industry is considered a strong advantage.
