Job description
Overview
Mindrift brings together subject-matter experts and project-based AI work for major technology companies. The focus is on evaluating, testing, and helping improve AI systems. This is a project engagement rather than a permanent job.
Applicants should submit a CV in English and include their English proficiency level.
What you may work on
- Review fee-related questions and statement clarification cases, checking that amounts align with published schedules and separating mapping/descriptor questions from actual fraud complaints.
- Develop autopay and payment setup examples that include edge cases such as an incorrect payee, insufficient funds policies, a wrong debit date, or skipped confirmation steps.
- Prepare scenarios for card replacement and fraud reporting that test urgency in card blocking, recognition of fraud signals, collection of intake details, and proper routing to the disputes team.
- Write account closure examples that assess retention-offer rules, pending transaction checks, and whether offers should be withheld from ineligible customers.
- Assess replies for both correctness and communication quality, including empathy, the right tone for the channel being used, and clarity without unrealistic promises.
Candidate profile
This role is suited to professionals with experience in customer service, banking, or financial services who are open to part-time, non-permanent project work. A strong fit typically includes:
- A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
- Recent or current experience in support, banking, finance, or closely related roles.
- Good routing judgment, including the ability to determine what falls within service scope and to apply the correct rule from a fee schedule or policy document.
- Experience as a QA analyst, call-center trainer, or conversation designer is considered an advantage.
- Strong written English at C1 level or higher.
