Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is with a platform that pairs subject-matter experts with project-based AI work for major technology companies. The work focuses on assessing, testing, and helping refine AI systems. Participation is tied to specific projects and does not create a permanent employment relationship.

Applicants should send a CV in English and clearly mention their English proficiency level.

What you may work on

  • Develop and assess fee-related inquiry scenarios and statement-clarification cases, making sure fee amounts align with published schedules and that descriptor-mapping questions are separated from genuine fraud reports.
  • Create test cases for autopay and payment setup with intentional edge cases such as the wrong payee, insufficient-funds policy issues, an incorrect draft date, or skipped confirmation steps.
  • Prepare scenarios for card replacement and fraud claims that check card-block urgency, recognition of fraud indicators, capture of intake details, and proper transfer to the disputes team.
  • Draft account-closure scenarios that examine retention-offer eligibility rules, pending-transaction checks, and whether offers are correctly withheld from customers who do not qualify.
  • Review responses for both correctness and communication quality, including empathy, the right tone for the channel being used (voice or chat), and clear wording without unrealistic promises.

Ideal background

This work suits professionals with experience in customer service, banking, or financial services who are interested in part-time project work rather than permanent employment.

Strong candidates typically have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services. Recent work in customer support, banking, or closely related roles is also preferred.

Useful strengths include good judgment about what falls within service scope, the ability to interpret fee schedules or policy documents, and familiarity with QA, call-center training, or conversation design. Strong written English at C1 level or above is also important.

How the project process works

The usual flow is: apply, complete qualification step(s), join a project, finish tasks, and receive payment.

Time commitment and pay

During active periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Compensation can go up to the equivalent of $60 per hour on this project, depending on experience and work pace. Pay levels may vary from project to project based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.

Additional information

This is a project-based opportunity, so contributions are not permanent roles and compensation may differ across assignments. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible, non-ongoing project work.
