Job description
Role overview
Mindrift connects subject-matter specialists to project-based AI work for major technology companies. The focus is on testing, assessing, and refining AI systems. This is not a permanent job; participation is organized around individual projects.
Applicants should submit a CV in English and state their English proficiency level.
What you may do on the project
- Develop and review scenarios around fee inquiries and statement clarifications, making sure fee amounts align with published schedules and distinguishing simple descriptor-mapping questions from actual fraud allegations.
- Create autopay and payment-setup cases that include common error conditions such as an incorrect payee, an insufficient-funds policy issue, an incorrect draft date, or missing confirmation steps.
- Prepare card replacement and fraud-claim situations that test urgency around blocked cards, recognition of fraud indicators, collection of intake details, and proper transfer to the disputes team.
- Write account-closure cases that check retention-offer eligibility rules, pending-transaction review, and refusal to extend offers where the customer is not eligible.
- Assess responses for both accuracy and communication quality, including empathy, the right tone for the channel used (voice or chat), and clear wording without unrealistic commitments.
Ideal profile
This opportunity is well suited to professionals with experience in customer support, banking, or financial services who are open to part-time project work rather than fixed employment.
How the work model functions
The process is: apply, complete one or more qualification steps, join a project, complete tasks, and receive payment.
Time commitment
During active project phases, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and not a guaranteed number of hours.
Compensation
Contributors may earn up to the equivalent of $60 per hour on this project, depending on pace and level of contribution. Pay can vary across other projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise required.
