About the Role

This opportunity is with a mobile-first digital product studio that builds high-quality products for modern businesses. The team operates with a lean, remote-first setup that allows them to move quickly while still focusing on strong technology and design.

The company is creating a new approach to accounting and bookkeeping for small and medium-sized businesses. Instead of relying on legacy software or traditional bookkeeping setups, their platform is designed to work inside the tools SMBs already use every day, helping software companies offer modern accounting and bookkeeping services to their customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct live video onboarding sessions with new customers to collect business details and complete bookkeeping setup, including bank and credit card connections and any historical bookkeeping needs.
  • Handle support conversations through chat and email, resolving bookkeeping-related questions and issues with speed, care, and empathy.
  • Keep customer records, notes, and status information accurate and up to date in internal systems so handoffs stay smooth and follow-up is reliable.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and share product feedback based on repeated customer issues or requests.
  • Deliver proactive, detailed, and high-quality service that consistently exceeds customer and partner expectations.

What They’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support or onboarding, or in bookkeeping.
  • Working knowledge of small business bookkeeping basics and foundational financial concepts.
  • Strong spoken communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and guide conversations effectively.
  • Clear and professional written communication abilities.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and eagerness to learn and grow.

Additional Information

This is a remote full-time position based in the United States.
