About the Role
We are seeking a committed Arabic-speaking customer support professional to join a growing remote team. The role centers on providing responsive, courteous, and dependable assistance to customers, with a strong focus on clear communication, problem resolution, and overall service quality. Customer Communication
- Handle customer questions through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.

Issue Resolution
- Support customers in diagnosing and resolving routine issues.
- Work through the underlying cause of problems and walk customers toward solutions.

Case Management

- Monitor pending cases and follow up until they are closed appropriately.
