Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous Arabic-speaking customer support specialist to provide prompt, professional assistance to customers working remotely. The position focuses on handling questions, resolving problems effectively, and creating a consistently positive service experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Reply to customer queries through email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and internal processes.
  • Communicate in a courteous, helpful, and empathetic manner at all times.
  • Support customers with troubleshooting and resolution of routine issues.
  • Diagnose the underlying cause of problems and walk customers through the solution.
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the right internal team.
  • Log every interaction in the CRM or other support tools.
  • Monitor open cases and follow up until they are closed.
  • Keep customer records complete and current.
  • Ensure responses align with company standards for quality and communication.
  • Address complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Help improve service by spotting repeated issues and patterns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Join training sessions and team discussions as required.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and procedures.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written Arabic, with solid English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing communication abilities.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-first approach.
  • Comfort working on multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Good computer literacy and ease with common digital tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Prior customer support experience is an advantage.
