About the Role
We are hiring a customer-oriented Arabic-speaking support professional to work remotely and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for customers. This role is focused on handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional, timely, and empathetic standard of support across every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Reply to customer queries by email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
- Share clear and accurate details about products, services, and internal processes.
- Communicate in a courteous, polished, and empathetic manner at all times.
- Support customers with troubleshooting and the resolution of routine issues.
- Investigate the underlying cause of problems and walk customers through practical solutions.
- Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to the relevant internal team.
- Record each customer interaction in the CRM or support platform.
- Monitor open cases and follow up until they are resolved in a timely way.
- Keep customer records complete, current, and accurate.
- Make sure responses align with company standards for quality and communication.
- Handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Take part in training sessions and team meetings.
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic, with good English communication skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

- Ability to manage several tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Comfort using basic computer tools and digital platforms.
- Strong problem-solving ability and close attention to detail.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently from a remote setup.
