Role Overview

We are looking for a careful and customer-focused Arabic-speaking support specialist to work remotely. The role involves responding to customer questions promptly, resolving issues effectively, and creating a smooth, positive experience for every interaction. Success in this position depends on strong Arabic communication, good problem-solving skills, and close attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries by email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and in English when needed.
  • Share clear and accurate information about products, services, and related processes.
  • Communicate in a courteous, professional, and empathetic manner at all times.
  • Support customers with troubleshooting and resolution of common concerns.
  • Diagnose likely causes of issues and walk customers through practical solutions.
  • Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive matters to the relevant internal team.
  • Record every customer interaction in CRM or other support tools.
  • Monitor open cases and follow up until they are resolved within the expected time.
  • Keep customer records complete, accurate, and current.
  • Ensure every response aligns with company service and quality standards.
  • Manage complaints with patience, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Help improve service quality by spotting repeated issues and patterns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Take part in training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, along with good English ability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.

  • Ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using digital tools.
