Job description
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing international voice support and driving sales for global customers. The position calls for someone comfortable handling customer queries, resolving basic technical issues, and contributing to revenue through upselling in a high-energy, round-the-clock environment.
What You Will Do
- Support international customers over voice by diagnosing and resolving level 1 technical problems.
- Work toward monthly sales and upselling goals while maintaining quality customer interactions.
- Operate in a 24/7 rotational night-shift setup and maintain strong attendance discipline.
- Work from the office on a 5-day schedule with 2 rotational weekly offs.
- Track and meet service benchmarks such as average handle time and customer satisfaction scores.
Work Setup and Schedule
This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad, India. The shift pattern includes rotational night shifts, and the working model follows five working days with two rotating days off each week.
Additional Information
