Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented professional who enjoys helping people and handling conversations with patience and care. In this position, you will be the main contact for customers, offering courteous, effective support and helping ensure a consistently positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer questions and requests in a prompt, professional manner.
- Work through customer concerns and aim to deliver a strong service experience.
- Keep accurate records of every customer conversation and action taken.
- Use several systems while supporting customers.
- Work within defined processes and quality expectations.
- Pass more complex matters to the appropriate team when needed.

Schedule
- Working hours are currently from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST.
- The operation runs seven days a week.
- Days off rotate.
- Schedules may change based on business requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is $5.75 USD per hour.
- Payment is made weekly in arrears.
- This is an independent contractor arrangement.
Technical Requirements
- Windows 11 computer only; Mac systems are not supported.
- Minimum 16 GB RAM.
- Two monitors.
- Webcam.
- Headset.
- i5 processor or better.
- Fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection.
- Backup power solution.
- Microsoft Teams and Office 365 access.
