About the Role
A well-established online trading company in the financial technology space is hiring a Client Success Associate for its Client Success team in Dubai. The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving problems through analysis and strengthening client relationships.
What You’ll Do
Use analytical thinking to uncover client issues, work toward practical solutions, and help improve the overall customer experience and relationship management.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a customer service position, ideally in the financial services sector.
- Strong written and spoken communication ability in both Arabic and English.
- Project management capability will be considered an added advantage.
