Role Overview
ATAIN is conducting a large walk-in hiring drive for a Customer Support Executive role across international and domestic processes. The position covers voice, chat, backend, blended, and email support, with a focus on international airline chat support.
Eligibility Criteria
- You should be a graduate from any stream.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in BPO or customer service will be preferred.
- Strong written English communication is required.
- Basic computer skills are expected.
- You should be able to type at a good speed.
- Night shift work must be acceptable.
Work Schedule
- This is a 5-day working role.
- Weekly offs will be rotational, with 2 rotational days off.
- Shift timings are rotational and include night shifts.
Compensation and Benefits
- Freshers can expect a CTC of 16,500.
- Experienced candidates can expect a CTC of 36,000.
