Customer Support Executive - International E-commerce Voice Process

About the Role

We are currently seeking Customer Support Executives to join our team at our Bengaluru locations, Manyata Tech Park and Whitefield. This role focuses on supporting international e-commerce customers by addressing a variety of issues such as orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account-related inquiries.

Primary Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to inbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status, delivery updates, returns, and refund processes.
• Verify the accuracy of customer and order information.
• Create and maintain tickets within CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal departments as necessary.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores alongside quality and productivity benchmarks.

Candidate Eligibility

• Undergraduate or graduate candidates, including freshers and experienced professionals, are eligible.
• Strong proficiency in English communication.
• Familiarity with basic Excel functions and CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce or customer support settings.
• Capability to manage multiple customer queries effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions & Compensation

• Location: Manyata Tech Park or Whitefield, Bengaluru.
• Salary range: 3,20,000 to 6,50,000 INR annually plus incentives.
• Shift schedule: Rotational shifts with five working days per week.
• Transportation: Two-way cab service provided on rotational shifts.
