Job description

Role Overview

Tata Digital is looking to add Customer Support Executives for email, chat, and voice-based customer service work. The role calls for clear communication, a professional approach, and the ability to resolve customer questions efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants should be HSC passed with prior BPO experience, or a graduate fresher.
  • A typing speed of at least 30 words per minute is required.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.

Shift Timings

  • Female candidates: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Male candidates: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Compensation

  • CTC: INR 22,500 per month
  • Take-home salary: INR 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer concerns through email, chat, and voice channels.
  • Share correct information and close queries within expected timelines.
  • Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain the expected level of customer experience and service quality.

Skills Required

  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Fast typing and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Customer interaction and handling skills

Location

The job is based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
