Job Overview
Join our team as a Customer Support Executive in a BPO setting located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves directly communicating with customers through phone, email, or chat, providing effective assistance and ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound communications to address their queries and concerns patiently and clearly.
- Quickly diagnose and resolve issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit empathy and patience when handling distressed or confused customers, fostering a supportive service environment.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products or services to deliver accurate and helpful guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing workflows, tools, and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English and regional languages such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada is essential.
- Educational minimum: Completion of 12th standard or any graduate degree.
- Open to freshers with a readiness for immediate joining.
