About the Role

Technotask Business Solutions Private Limited invites applications for the position of Customer Care Executive. The selected candidate will engage with customers over calls, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries related to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). This role includes a competitive fixed monthly compensation of ₹17,000 along with prospects for professional advancement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls with professionalism and promptness.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and address query concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and conduct timely follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver accurate information to assist customers in resolving their problems.
  • Strive to meet set performance objectives and collaborate with different departments for the resolution of complex challenges.

Candidate Qualifications and Work Conditions

  • Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
  • Experience ranging from no prior background up to six months is acceptable.
  • Applicants must be adept at handling inquiries, escalating difficult issues appropriately.
  • Availability for a six-day work week within day shift hours is mandatory.
