Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and courtesy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to sustain high satisfaction levels.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding products and services.
- Keep thorough records of all customer communications and transactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification: Minimum completion of 12th grade; higher education or graduation preferred but not mandatory.
- Open to both newcomers and candidates with prior experience.
- Must possess strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Job Details & Perks
