About the Role

Located at Government Services Center in Oud Mehta, Dubai, this position seeks a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves making sales calls, closing deals, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective customers to present products or services using prepared scripts.
  • Provide clear answers to customer inquiries about products and company-related questions.
  • Interact by asking targeted questions to understand customer needs and successfully close sales.
  • Maintain and update customer records within the database accurately.
  • Process orders carefully and efficiently.
  • Exceed sales targets and support ongoing future sales opportunities.

Requirements and Skills

  • Quickly grasp knowledge about products and services to effectively explain them to prospects.
  • Proficient communication in English with strong interpersonal capabilities.
  • Remain calm under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
  • Demonstrate excellent negotiation aptitude to resolve complaints and overcome objections.

Working Details

  • Working days: Monday through Saturday
  • Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
