Role Summary and Responsibilities

The Customer Success Specialist will be instrumental in fostering customer adoption, driving value realization, ensuring retention, and facilitating growth within our partner network. Collaborating closely with Partner Managers, Sales, Services, and senior leadership, the specialist ensures partners and customers achieve tangible business benefits from their investments.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive success plans encompassing onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal preparedness.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to strategize customer success interactions and engagement approaches.
  • Execute regular business reviews, adoption assessments, and success evaluations.
  • Assist with new customer implementations to expedite time-to-value and encourage adoption.
  • Detect potential renewal risks and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Recognize opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, directing these to appropriate sales teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or a comparable customer-centric role.
  • Background in SaaS, software, cloud computing, or technology sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage numerous customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and customer meetings.
  • Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
