Role overview
This part-time remote position is for a Customer Success Specialist who will help educational clients make effective use of TIG’s business intelligence platform and reach their intended goals.
What you will do
- Respond to customer questions and provide timely support when users run into basic issues.
- Walk clients through product features and practical usage tips so they can get the most value from the platform.
- Schedule and lead periodic check-in calls or virtual meetings with customers.
- Collect user feedback and track common questions, challenges, and patterns across client accounts.
- Work with internal teams to share customer insights and support improvements to the overall service experience.
- Help build and update knowledge-base materials and customer-facing guidance resources.
Qualifications
- Strong experience handling customer interactions, support conversations, and client satisfaction efforts.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down technical ideas in simple terms.
- Good analytical ability to review usage data, spot trends, and suggest useful improvements.
- Self-directed approach suited to remote work, with solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple client priorities.
- Comfort using web platforms, dashboards, or business intelligence tools; prior exposure to education or EdTech is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset centered on client needs.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related area such as Education, Business, or Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
