Role Summary
As a full-time Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main contact for clinic users and help ensure they get full value from the platform. This hybrid position in Charlotte, NC combines onsite and work-from-home support. You will guide customers through onboarding, training, and continued use of the product while helping them navigate issues, improve adoption, and maintain strong account health.
What You'll Do
- Support clinic users by answering questions and providing timely help across the customer journey.
- Lead onboarding and training activities so new clients can begin using the platform effectively.
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and coordinate escalation of more complex cases when needed.
- Monitor account activity, usage patterns, and overall health to spot risks and opportunities early.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with product, support, and operations teams.
- Help improve workflows by contributing to FAQs, user guides, and other training resources.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to encourage satisfaction and long-term platform adoption.
- Support clinics in managing IV solution workflows efficiently while staying compliant.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience or aptitude in customer-facing work, including service and support, with an emphasis on resolving issues and building trust.
- Ability to improve customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and a focus on long-term adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining processes and working across teams.
- Good analytical ability to review usage data, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or support in SaaS or healthcare/health tech environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, along with strong organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Education or training in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a similar field is preferred.
