Overview
Google’s Education organization works to improve teaching and learning at scale by helping K-12 schools and higher education institutions worldwide use Google’s tools and technology effectively. In this role, you will shape strategy and execution to increase global adoption and growth of Google’s education offerings, with a strong focus on Workspace for Education and Gemini/AI.

Role summary
As a Customer Success Program Manager, you will partner with regional Workspace and AI specialists as well as Digital Transformation Managers to support the customer lifecycle. Your work will include usage reviews, renewals, transition planning, and broader customer management initiatives. This is a high-impact cross-functional position that influences the learning experience for educators and students around the world.
Minimum qualifications
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of program or project management experience, 5 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-team initiatives, and hands-on experience querying datasets and data tables with SQL and internal data platforms.
Preferred qualifications
Helpful background includes Program Management certification or equivalent program management experience in a technology company, stakeholder management experience, familiarity with Google AI, Workspace, and ChromeOS solutions in education settings, strong data analysis skills, the ability to build programs and services for very large audiences, and a genuine interest in learning and education.
Responsibilities
You will own and refine a global strategy that drives adoption across Google’s education portfolio, especially Workspace for Education and Gemini/AI.
You will work across strategy, operations, data, institutional sales, and channel partnerships to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
You will build growth models, sales tools, and reporting systems that help expand the global user base and track progress with data-backed insights.
You will collaborate with specialists and sales managers worldwide while helping maintain a strong, customer-centered team culture.
You will represent customer needs internally and work with product and marketing teams so feedback influences roadmaps and future initiatives.
Location and legal information

Compensation and benefits
The stated US base pay range is $136,000 to $197,000 per year, with a 15% bonus target, plus additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Final pay is based on job-related skills, experience, education, and training.
