Job description

About Enformion

Enformion is a fast-growing data intelligence company focused on AI-driven identity verification. Its solutions are built to help digital marketplaces, merchants, and consumers establish trust through fraud prevention, risk reduction, and smoother onboarding. The company uses large-scale data assets and behavioral analytics to spot emerging risk signals and monitor them continuously.

As the digital ecosystem increasingly depends on trust and security, Enformion is positioned as a strong industry player and is scaling rapidly.

Role Overview

Enformion is hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive early-stage retention work across the customer portfolio. The position centers on spotting risk signals early, reaching out proactively, and helping accounts stabilize before they turn into cancellations or major revenue loss.

Performance in this role is defined by preserving customer relationships, minimizing avoidable churn, recovering accounts that are slipping, and increasing engagement before situations escalate. The role calls for solid customer management experience, disciplined execution, and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Billing, Product, Support, and Leadership teams.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of proactive retention outreach for customers showing signs of lower usage, weaker engagement, billing issues, or potential churn.
  • Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of accounts, managing ongoing relationships and retention efforts.
  • Lead discussions with customers around stabilization, improving product adoption, reducing operational friction, closing training gaps, and rebuilding relationships.
  • Create and carry out account-level retention plans while coordinating resolution steps across internal teams.
  • Review retention and revenue movement dashboards in Power BI on a recurring basis.
  • Record customer risks, follow-up activity, and outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Track recurring churn causes and share practical trend insights and operational issues with leadership.
  • Help build and scale retention workflows, playbooks, and operating processes.
  • Handle retention-related contract conversations, including preparing non-commissionable contract updates and stabilization agreements.

Success Metrics

  • Lower preventable churn and fewer accounts entering formal cancellation.
  • More revenue retained and more accounts stabilized through proactive engagement.
  • Faster engagement with identified risks and better re-engagement outcomes.

Benefits

  • Flexible PTO.
  • 6% 401(k) match.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.

This posting describes the role at a high level. The actual duties may change depending on the company’s needs and organizational structure.
