Role Overview
This newly created position seeks a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring client success. You will be integral in managing the entire customer service delivery lifecycle, guaranteeing seamless, consistent, and superior experiences with CDC. Acting as a visible and collaborative liaison, you will build trust with customers while coordinating cross-departmental teams including operations, delivery, and commercial, thereby anticipating requirements, mitigating risks, and surpassing expectations.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with customers and collaborators to ensure high-quality, continuous service experience.
- Collaborate internally at CDC to unify teams and deliver coordinated customer outcomes.
- Expand CDC’s presence across multiple client sites by working closely with customer stakeholders and on-site teams.
- Ensure customer contracts are fulfilled according to key performance indicators (KPIs), clearly tracking and meeting commitments.
- Organise and lead monthly business reviews, quarterly security and operational audits, plus customer compliance processes.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, including operational issues and project-related quotes or proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and represent CDC with professionalism aligned to the company’s values and leadership principles.

Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in service delivery and project coordination, preferably within technology or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Extensive experience managing relationships with large or enterprise clients, involving engagement with both senior leaders and wider stakeholders.
- A track record of advancement in customer or service management roles, demonstrating confidence and accountability in leadership.
- Competency in contract management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) oversight, and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
- Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction, taking responsibility for results, and maintaining durable stakeholder relationships.
- Experience collaborating closely with delivery teams to maintain consistent communication and progress tracking of active projects.
