Job description

Role overview

Keeper is looking for a motivated, bilingual Italian Customer Success Manager to join a high-performing team within its B2B sales organisation. Applicants must permanently live in Ireland. The role is hybrid for candidates within commuting distance of the Cork office, and fully remote for those based farther away.

Keeper Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity company used by millions of people and thousands of organisations across more than 150 countries. Its platform is available in 23 languages and focuses on secure, zero-trust and zero-knowledge protection for modern IT environments.

About the company

Keeper Security protects organisations and individuals with a cloud-based, AI-enabled cybersecurity platform. Its flagship product, KeeperPAM®, helps secure users, devices, and critical infrastructure against cyber threats. The company is recognised in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Privileged Access Management and is backed by strong compliance credentials and industry certifications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage an assigned portfolio of customers, strengthen relationships, and grow revenue across existing accounts. You will work closely with enterprise and SME clients to uncover expansion opportunities, improve adoption, and support long-term retention.

  • Hit or exceed sales targets within the SMB cohort.
  • Communicate confidently with Italian- and English-speaking customers in both spoken and written form.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers and support engagement with C-level stakeholders.
  • Lead renewal discussions and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Help customers define technical and business objectives through technical reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Maintain a consistent contact rhythm with named accounts, present Keeper solutions, handle issues, and close deals with support from internal teams.
  • Advise customers on best practices for protecting their business against password-related breaches.
  • Own the success of assigned accounts throughout the customer lifecycle and drive consistent value delivery.
  • Stay current on customer success methods and cybersecurity trends, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Understand customer procurement processes and negotiate licensing agreements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues directly and by working with wider Keeper teams, using curiosity and creative problem-solving.
  • Strengthen engagement, adoption, and communication through regular business reviews and proactive account management.
  • Become a product expert for your accounts and occasionally support sales or marketing calls and webinars.
  • Encourage customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies.
  • Analyse portfolio data to prioritise risks and opportunities, and consistently renew and expand contracts while meeting quotas.
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer success programmes and internal processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across Keeper products, staying updated on new releases and changes.
  • Help create a strong team culture by maintaining high standards of work.
  • Go beyond the basics to ensure customers are well supported and successful.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, SaaS customer success, or sales.
  • Fluency in Italian, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid technical understanding of software integrations, such as SSO and directory services, as well as onboarding and support workflows.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and solve customer problems.
  • Experience selling to enterprise organisations and speaking with C-level, IT, and cybersecurity leaders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and commitment to customer outcomes.
  • Self-driven, energetic, collaborative, and able to solve problems creatively.
  • Comfort working with business software and learning new tools quickly.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, diplomacy, tact, and professionalism when managing escalations.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Preferred undergraduate degree (BA/BS).
  • Experience in the IAM industry is an advantage.

Benefits

  • Onsite lunches.
  • Private healthcare with no waiting period.
  • Pension contributions from day one.
  • Sick pay.
  • Bike-to-Work Scheme for local employees.
