Job description
About the Role
This position is for an experienced Customer Success Manager who can support the training of AI models. The work involves tracking chatbot progress, reviewing how the systems reason, and identifying issues that help improve model quality.
The role calls for strong content analysis and evaluation skills. Related backgrounds such as research, editing, and rewriting are also relevant.
What You’ll Do
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the responses they produce.
- Assess AI-generated output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English at a native or bilingual level.
- A meticulous, detail-focused approach to work.
- Proven ability to judge and analyze content using sound reasoning and critical thinking.
- A current, ongoing, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is an independent contractor arrangement. Only candidates located in Canada will be considered.
Compensation is paid through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD will be handled by PayPal. You will never be asked to send any money as part of this opportunity.
