Surglogs provides an award-winning software platform that helps ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare organizations across the United States digitize and simplify regulatory compliance workflows. The company is growing quickly and is seeking people who are enthusiastic about client relationships and long-term customer value.
Role Summary
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own and nurture lasting partnerships with customers. Your focus will be to understand each client’s goals, guide them through onboarding and training, and help them realize the full value of the Surglogs platform.
You will also help customers adopt new product capabilities, monitor how the software is being used, and look for opportunities to expand the account. The role calls for strong knowledge of the product, the ability to adapt to process changes, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through onboarding and training by creating and delivering tailored success plans.
- Teach clients how to use new features, product updates, and recommended best practices.
- Spot opportunities to grow existing accounts through upsells and expansion.
- Support annual subscription renewals and help maintain customer retention.
- Adjust software configuration or usage approach to improve customer adoption and utilization.
- Follow the organization’s mission, vision, and internal policies.
- Prepare and share client progress updates and status reports with management.
- Relay customer feedback and suggest product enhancements or process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in customer success, customer support, sales, or account management; SaaS background is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new product features and releases.
- Solid technical, product, and process-oriented thinking.
- Strong relationship-building ability with a focus on long-term client trust.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a base salary of $71,000 per year, with on-target earnings of $86,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident, and life insurance options, a PTO package, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
