Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance client relationships to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Comprehend client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Liaise with trainers and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of training.
- Organize and oversee training schedules.
- Ensure timely program execution and achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, manage escalations, and conduct follow-ups.
- Establish enduring partnerships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to elevate service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- More than six years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management roles.
- Proficient English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder and client relationship management.
- Effective coordination and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT Training, EdTech, or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
Work Details
- Position located at Domlur, Bengaluru with mandatory office attendance.
- Work schedule follows the US time zone shift from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
- Salary is competitive within the industry, ranging between 50,000 and 65,000 INR per month.
