About the Company

Canary Technologies builds modern hotel software and is powered by an AI platform tailored specifically for hospitality. The product is used by more than 20,000 hotel professionals across 100+ countries, helping them operate more efficiently and create better guest experiences. Well-known brands including Wyndham, Marriott, IHG, Four Seasons, Rosewood, and Best Western rely on Canary’s solutions.

The company has been recognized as a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ business, named among Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies, and awarded a HotelTechReport Best Place to Work. It is supported by leading Silicon Valley investors such as Y Combinator, F-Prime, Brighton Park Capital, and Insight Partners.

The role is based in Germany and sits within the EMEA Customer Success function.

Role Overview

Canary is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager to own the post-implementation customer journey for a portfolio of accounts, with a strong emphasis on German-speaking customers. This position is focused on the in-life stage rather than onboarding or initial setup.

Your main objective will be to deepen product adoption, strengthen customer health, and ensure clients continue to realize meaningful value from Canary’s platform. You will also help shape new repeatable processes that support long-term retention and scalable account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage customer relationships after onboarding, work to improve adoption and satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to build scalable workflows and support business expansion within your accounts.

Additional Details

Target cash compensation is €65,000 to €80,000 per year, combining fixed salary and a quarterly performance bonus. A stock option grant is also included, subject to board approval. Final pay will depend on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and work location.

Canary also offers several extra benefits, including monthly company-wide days off known as Canary Days, a Self Improvement Club with a personal development budget, support for cross-functional professional development conversations, travel reimbursement for office visits in New York, San Francisco, or Dallas, and a personal travel credit when staying at a Canary partner hotel.

The company is an equal opportunity employer and considers applicants without regard to race, religion, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic.

Artificial intelligence tools may be used during parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or checking responses for potential inconsistencies. These tools support the recruiting team, but human review remains central and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates may contact the company for more information about data processing.

Compensation Note

The compensation range is stated as €65,000 to €80,000 annually, with quarterly bonus eligibility. A stock grant is included subject to approval. No separate stipend or hourly amount is specified.
