Role overview
Pion is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a 12-month contract. The position focuses on managing enterprise and mid-market client relationships, improving campaign performance and helping drive retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Look after a portfolio of around 30 enterprise and mid-market accounts with a total book of business worth approximately £1.5m, with a strong focus on retention, expansion and client value.
- Take ownership of client reporting and optimisation activity, tracking performance proactively, spotting improvement opportunities and making sure campaigns deliver strong outcomes.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including offer execution, ad tracking, results analysis and customer reporting, to improve campaign efficiency and return on investment.
- Develop solid client partnerships through regular monthly and quarterly business reviews, face-to-face meetings and occasional travel, while working closely with Account Managers to provide a smooth customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Affiliate Marketing, with clear evidence of managing and growing enterprise and mid-market relationships.
- Strong analytical ability and reporting experience, including the creation of performance reports, insights and optimisation recommendations for clients.
- Confidence running QBRs and MBRs, along with strong verbal, written and presentation skills for meetings, video calls and written updates.
- Excellent organisation and adaptability, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
