Role Overview

We seek a Customer Success Executive with extensive experience in health systems to manage client relationships and solution implementations across the Central Region, encompassing the Midwest and parts of the South and Southeast. This person thrives in high-engagement, on-site deployment settings and collaborates with healthcare leadership to drive impactful changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on-site implementation and customer success leader, dedicating multiple days weekly at client sites.
  • Manage post-sale phases including workflow analysis, configuring solutions, deployment, and adoption across nursing and clinical operations.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with healthcare personnel, executives, operational leaders, and IT teams as a trusted advisor and execution collaborator.
  • Lead the execution of product deployments aligned with nursing workflows and operational needs.
  • Deliver training to nursing staff and healthcare employees ensuring proper use and sustained adoption of Hippocratic AI solutions.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities for care delivery and workflow through AI technologies in bedside and wider healthcare operations.
  • Oversee daily client engagement, maintaining open communication and resolving operational issues swiftly.
  • Collaborate internally with product, sales, and engineering teams to convey client insights, influence product development, and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Define and monitor success KPIs including patient outcomes, adoption rates, and efficiency gains, reporting findings to both clients and company stakeholders.
  • Partner with client leaders to share AI best practices, presenting at industry conferences and webinars focusing on AI’s role in nursing and healthcare system operations.
  • Commit to travel comprising 20-40% of work time, potentially involving overnight or out-of-state visits.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university mandatory.
  • Minimum five years of health system experience in roles such as customer success, account management, or project leadership.
  • Proven track record managing complex onsite implementations within clinical or operational healthcare settings.
  • Strong aptitude for building connections across all organizational levels, from frontline staff to executives.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, clinical workflows, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience working within dynamic, cross-functional teams, preferably in start-up environments.
  • Excellent project management capabilities managing multiple concurrent streams onsite.
  • Ability to work independently in an embedded client capacity.
  • Capacity to fulfill client-specific credentialing standards including drug screening and required immunizations.

Desirable Attributes

  • Experience in healthcare technology deployment or scaling, particularly AI, digital health, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare workflow optimization and compliance standards.
  • Background in healthcare consulting, system transformation, or large-scale implementations.
  • Experience presenting project outcomes and innovations at industry conferences or executive panels.

Compensation

The role’s total remuneration ranges between $125,000 and $180,000, encompassing both base salary and performance incentives.
