Palomba General Trading LLC is an international trading business headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. It works with manufacturers, suppliers, and industrial clients across the Middle East, Europe, and other selected global markets.
The company’s product range covers pharmaceutical ingredients, nutraceutical ingredients, botanical extracts, food ingredients, essential oils, natural fragrance solutions, and specialty raw materials for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and wellness sectors.
To support its cross-border customer operations, the company is seeking a Customer Success & Account Operations Specialist in Doha, Qatar.
Role Overview
This position focuses on post-sale account management, order coordination, customer communication, and operational support for international B2B clients. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee relationships with overseas B2B customers after the commercial deal has been completed.
- Coordinate the full order cycle, from confirmation through to final delivery.
- Track customer experience and respond quickly to any operational concerns.
- Act as a bridge between clients, suppliers, freight/logistics partners, and internal departments.
- Assist major accounts with product-related documents and commercial details.
- Maintain accurate order data and customer information records.
- Compile sales summaries and operational performance metrics.
- Assist with international trade shows and client visits.
- Help improve internal processes within commercial operations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s qualification in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a comparable background gained through work experience.
- Prior exposure to customer success, account coordination, commercial operations, or international trading environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication combined with good organizational ability.
- A service-focused approach with the ability to keep customer needs at the center.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range of QAR 18,000 to QAR 28,000, based on experience, technical knowledge, and international achievements.
