About the Role
The Customer Services Specialist II acts as a crucial intermediary connecting mdxhealth's customers, sales team, and commercial operations. This position ensures exceptional service quality for a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and sales staff. It closely partners with a dedicated regional sales team to facilitate customer engagement and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Must be based within the United States and work the Monday through Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time.
- A minimum of three years of customer service experience is essential.
- Preferred candidates will have at least two years in sales support roles.
- Three or more years of customer service experience within healthcare or clinical reference laboratory settings is highly valued.
- Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and keen attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to adjust effectively to evolving policies, procedures, and workplace environments.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented atmosphere.
Compensation and Benefits
