Call Center Representative - Remote AI Customer Service Trainer

About the Role

This position entails working as a Customer Services AI Trainer on an hourly contract basis. The role involves supporting AI-driven customer service platforms by designing training data and realistic scenarios to improve response accuracy and quality. You will assess customer interactions, annotate data, and apply conflict resolution strategies to enhance empathetic and effective AI communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and structure training datasets and customer interaction simulations to refine AI customer service systems.
• Evaluate and label customer service exchanges to boost AI response precision.
• Utilize conflict resolution skills to guide AI in delivering empathetic and de-escalation oriented replies.
• Perform periodic quality checks on AI-generated conversations to assure natural and proficient communication.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to detect shortcomings and enhance training outcomes.
• Transform insights from customer interactions into practical suggestions for AI advancements.
• Keep abreast of the latest customer service and AI methodologies and incorporate them into training processes.

Additional Information

This opportunity is a flexible hourly contract with workload ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. Compensation is between $30 and $60 per hour depending on experience and performance.
